MAD Magnet is the embedded design and marketing team exclusively for B2B SaaS and AI companies ($5M+ ARR) transitioning from product-led growth to enterprise sales. We work as one team across brand, design, content, SEO, and development, from the same positioning foundation, on the same brief. Every website we build is a positioning tool for a company trying to close enterprise deals.

What This Role Actually Is

‍

You build on Webflow, but the context you build in matters. Fast, clean, and built for marketing teams to update without you every time they need to change a headline.

You will own:

‍
✦ Webflow builds from design handoff to launch
✦ CMS architecture for blog, case study, and service page structures
✦ Performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
✦ AEO technical implementation — schema markup, llms.txt, robots.txt, structured data for AI search visibility
✦ Post-launch maintenance and iterations across active client accounts

You Are Right for This Role If

✦ You have built at least 5 Webflow sites end-to-end, not just made edits
✦ You understand semantic HTML and why it matters for SEO and AI search citation
✦ You can implement FAQPage, Article, and Organization schema without a tutorial
✦ You care about page speed the same way a designer cares about spacing

This Is Not the Right Role If

✦ You need a designer to tell you where every element goes before you start
✦ You have never thought about SEO while building a website
✦ You treat CMS architecture as someone else's problem

✦ Hybrid model — based in Niš,  with flexible remote setup, initial onboarding is done from our office in Niš, after onboarding, the role is remote-friendly, we have regular in-person team meetings in Niš (1–2 times per month)
