MAD Magnet is the embedded design and marketing team exclusively for B2B SaaS and AI companies($5M+ ARR) transitioning from product-led growth to enterprise sales.We work as one team across brand, design,content, SEO, and development, from the same positioning foundation, on the same brief. No handoffs between strategy and execution. No re-briefing between vendors. One team that owns the result.

What this role actually is:

You are not a task manager. You are the person who holds the full picture across every active engagement, brand, design, content, SEO, development and makes sure nothing falls through the gap between strategy and execution.

You will own:

‍

✦ Client communication across all active accounts

✦ Delivery timelines across brand, design,  and marketing workstreams simultaneously

✦ Weekly syncs and monthly review preparation

✦ Internal team coordination in Notion and Slack

✦ Spotting where something is about to break  before the client notices

You are right for this role if:

‍

✦ You have managed creative or marketing projects  in an agency or fast-moving startup

✦ You can hold context across 5 active accounts without a 30-minute re-briefing every Monday

✦ You communicate with CMOs and founders  the same way you communicate with designers,  clearly, without unnecessary friction

✦ You are the person who sends the update before the client asks for one

This is not the right role if:

✦ You need a defined playbook for every situation

✦ You are more comfortable managing tasks  than managing outcomes

✦ You have never worked in a B2B SaaS context. We work exclusively with B2B SaaS and AI companies.Knowing what PLG, ACV, and enterprise procurement mean is not required from day one, but curiosity about that world is.
