MAD Magnet is the embedded design and marketing team exclusively for B2B SaaS and AI companies ($5M+ ARR) transitioning from product-led growth to enterprise sales. We work as one team across brand, design, content, SEO, and development, from the same positioning foundation, on the same brief. Every visual identity we build needs to signal to a procurement committee that this company is stable, serious, and safe to recommend to their leadership team.

What This Role Actually Is

You are designing for enterprise credibility. You work from a positioning document, not from a mood board. The ICP is defined before you open Figma.

You will own:

✦ Visual identity systems, logo, color, typography, iconography, art direction
✦ Brand guidelines that marketing teams can follow without a designer present for every asset
✦ Social media templates and web asset systems
✦ Pitch deck and sales collateral design
✦ Design direction across active client accounts

You Are Right for This Role If

‍

✦ You have designed brand identities for B2B or tech companies, not just consumer brands
✦ You can explain why a visual choice is strategically right, not just that it looks good
✦ You design systems, not one-off assets — you think about how templates will be used by a non-designer six months from now
✦ You have read a positioning document before opening a design file

This Is Not the Right Role If

✦ You separate design from strategy
✦ You have never worked with a B2B brand and are not curious about what makes them different
