Design Sprint
Sprint to delivery
Brand assets delivered

01 — Pilot Program
We started with a full brand discovery. ICP mapping, competitive landscape analysis, and a messaging framework that translated technical capability into enterprise outcomes. This became the brief that everything else was built on.
02 — Art Direction
Three distinct visual directions were developed and tested against
the ICP before a single logo was finalized. Each direction represented a different positioning hypothesis, we picked the one that felt essential, not just modern.
03 — Brand Identity System
Complete visual identity built for scale: color architecture, typography,
iconography, and usage rules that a team of five can apply consistently
without a designer in the room.
04 — Digital Design
Key SaaS dashboard screens and core product pages designed in Figma, conversion-focused for enterprise buyers, not self-serve users evaluating a free trial.
05 — Asset System
Web templates, social media templates, sales deck direction, and event asset guidelines, everything the team needs to show up consistently across every touchpoint, from a LinkedIn post to a conference booth.
Team on this sprint:
Brand strategist, UI/UX designer, art director, and copywriter.
Weekly updates throughout, integrated in Slack.

The result:
The product finally looked and felt as advanced as it actually was. In the first conversations after launch, enterprise clients were referencing the brand in their evaluation notes, not just the product. The shift from "AI features" to "faster hiring, better candidates, less manual work" changed how Delectus landed at first contact. The team went from explaining the product on every sales call to having the website do that work before the first meeting.
