Avantgarde Events is a large-scale event platform organizing some of the biggest concerts, festivals, corporate galas, and premium events in the region. Each event operates at high capacity, often requiring the sale of thousands of high-value tickets per production. Mad Magnet Studio was engaged as a strategic marketing and performance partner with one clear objective: ensure fast sell-outs of active events while building a scalable system for continuous ticket sales, visibility, and audience growth. Our role was to design a performance-driven growth model that connects paid advertising, automation, communication flows, and guest data into one structured system focused on conversion, speed, and scalability.

What We Did
We built a centralized performance and growth system designed specifically for high-capacity event hospitality. A full-funnel performance marketing structure was created, connecting paid advertising, retargeting, automation, and communication flows into one integrated sales engine. Each event was treated as a separate performance ecosystem, with its own funnel logic, targeting strategy, testing structure, and optimization model. Automation systems and integrations were introduced to reduce manual work, enable real-time tracking of capacity and demand, and create structured guest communication flows. In parallel, loyalty, VIP, and premium experience strategies were developed to increase retention, repeat attendance, and long-term platform value.

Challenges

Each Avantgarde event targets a different audience, with unique demographics, interests, and motivations, meaning there is no single marketing formula that works for all events. Every production required its own strategy, funnel structure, targeting logic, and communication approach.

The core challenge was to consistently sell out large-scale events in short timeframes, while simultaneously increasing platform visibility and reducing manual operational work. Ticket sales needed to be predictable, scalable, and measurable.

At the same time, internal processes relied heavily on manual handling of inquiries, confirmations, follow-ups, and guest communication.
