Mad Magnet Studio is a full-service marketing & design agency working with hospitality and service-based businesses.

We build long-term systems, brands, and digital products and we believe great web design sits at the intersection of brand, structure, and functionality. We’re currently looking for a Web Designer who can think conceptually, design with intention, and execute within our clear processes.

Your Role

As a Web Designer at Mad Magnet, you will collaborate across all design phases, from concept to realization. Your responsibilities include:

• Creating web design concepts aligned with brand identity and art direction
• Designing structured, scalable layouts in Figma
• Using AI tools such as Relume to speed up ideation and structure
• Actively participating in the discovery phase and understanding project goals
• Translating strategy and brand direction into clear website structures
• Collaborating with developers by understanding basic front-end logic and constraints
• Following defined playbooks and processes  while taking initiative and ownership over your work

We’re Looking for Someone Who

• Is confident in Figma and familiar with Relume (or similar AI tools)
• Understands the importance of the discovery phase in web projects
• Can create art direction based on brand identity, not just layouts
• Has a basic understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS, structure, feasibility)
• Can independently lead a web design project from idea to delivery
• Respects processes, but is proactive and solution-oriented
• Is looking for a role that can grow from part-time into full-time

How We Work

• Initial onboarding is done from our office in Niš
• After onboarding, the role is remote-friendly
• We have regular in-person team meetings in Niš (1–2 times per month)
• Work is structured around clear playbooks and workflows
• Independence and responsibility grow as trust and experience grow
