We’re currently looking for a Frontend / Low-Code Developer who enjoys working closely with designers, understands modern web standards, and is comfortable building on visual-first, low-code platforms backed by solid front-end logic.

Your Role

As a Frontend / Low-Code Developer at Mad Magnet, you will work closely with our design team and be involved from concept to implementation. Your responsibilities include:

• Translating Figma and Relume structures into functional, production-ready websites
• Working on modern low-code / visual-first web platforms
• Implementing custom logic and interactions using JavaScript when needed
• Building and maintaining integrations (CRM, marketing tools, forms, automation, APIs)
• Ensuring clean structure, scalability, and maintainability of projects
• Applying SEO principles, accessibility standards, and performance optimization
• Collaborating with designers and marketers to ensure design intent and system logic are aligned
• Following defined development playbooks and processes, while being able to work independently

We’re Looking for Someone Who

• Has experience with modern low-code or visual-first web platforms
  
• Has a solid understanding of JavaScript and front-end logic
• Is comfortable working from design systems and structured layouts (Figma, Relume)
• Has experience with system integrations (CRM, marketing tools, APIs, automation flows)
• Understands SEO fundamentals, including structure, performance, and semantic markup
• Is aware of accessibility standards and performance best practices

How We Work

• Initial onboarding is done from our office in Niš
• After onboarding, the role is hybrid / remote-friendly
• We have regular in-person team syncs in Niš (1–2 times per month)
• Development follows clear playbooks and system architecture
• Initiative and ownership are expected and valued
