We’re currently looking for a Marketing Specialist who enjoys both strategy and execution, understands systems (not just channels), and wants to grow within a multidisciplinary team.
Your Role
As a Marketing Specialist at Mad Magnet, you will work across two core areas:
1. Internal Marketing (Mad Magnet Studio)
You will help shape and grow our own brand presence by working on:
- SEO optimization and keyword research
- Writing and structuring blog content
- Planning and developing marketing campaigns
- Supporting overall content and growth strategy
2. Client Marketing & Integrations
You will play a key role in ongoing marketing support for clients, working closely with design and development teams.
Your responsibilities include:
- Setting up and managing marketing integrations and automations
(email flows, automated messages, CRM workflows, follow-ups) - Managing and optimizing email marketing for clients
- Working on paid advertising campaigns
- Supporting keyword research and campaign planning
- Executing marketing activations and structured campaigns
- Participating in the creation of loyalty offers and retention strategies, connected to marketing integrations
Strategy & Collaboration
This role is not execution-only.
You will actively participate in:
- Marketing strategy development
- Structuring campaigns and growth plans
- Collaboration with designers on website structure, campaign visuals, and brand direction
- Collaboration with copywriters on messaging, positioning, and content
- Strategy and structure for websites, campaigns, loyalty programs, and marketing integrations
You’ll work as part of a design & development-driven team, ensuring that marketing decisions are aligned with UX, technology, and real business operations.
We’re Looking for Someone Who
- Has experience with SEO, content marketing, and keyword research
- Understands email marketing and marketing automation
- Has experience with paid advertising (Meta, Google, or similar)
- Thinks in systems, not just channels
- Can plan, structure, and execute campaigns end-to-end
- Is comfortable working closely with designers and developers
- Understands loyalty, retention, and long-term value (or is eager to learn)
- Can balance strategy with hands-on execution
- Is communicative, reliable, and proactive
