Mad Magnet Studio is a full-service marketing & design agency working with hospitality and service-based businesses.

We believe in long-term collaboration, both with our clients and within our team. As individuals grow, our projects grow with them. That’s why we’re currently looking for a Graphic Designer who wants to build something long-term with us and grow as part of the team.

Your Role

As a Graphic Designer at Mad Magnet, you will:

• Lead the design phase of projects, from initial concept to final delivery
• Actively participate in creating brand identities and campaigns
• Use AI tools and current design trends to improve speed and quality
• Take ownership of your projects and contribute ideas, not just execution
• Create visuals for digital and print campaigns
• Align visual style with brand identity and target audience
• Respect deadlines and understand the broader marketing context (UX/UI, copy, target audience, advertising)

We’re Looking for Someone Who

• Is proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Can independently manage design tasks and projects
• Enjoys teamwork but can also carry a project solo
• Values feedback and knows how to both give and receive it
• Is looking for a long-term position within a team
• Wants to grow, take responsibility, and evolve with the agency
• Is communicative, reliable, and responsible
